Satisfaction Guarantee: General

At Critical Cleaning, we are committed to your satisfaction.

  • Quality Assurance: Our team captures before-and-after photos of your property to ensure service quality.
  • Resolution Process: If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours with photos for assessment. We prioritize re-cleans and, if necessary, will consider refunds based on circumstances.

Re-cleans are available on weekdays, subject to availability.


Satisfaction Guarantee: Hourly Rates

For hourly services, we focus on quality over quantity unless specified otherwise. These services are not recommended for move-out cleans due to variable requirements. We guarantee the quality of our work but cannot guarantee specific coverage for hourly bookings.


Satisfaction Guarantee: Move-Out Cleaning

Move-out cleaning clients can contact us within seven days to request a review. Re-visits, if necessary, will be completed within seven days of the original service date.


Satisfaction Guarantee: Steam Cleaning

Steam cleaning results depend on the condition of surfaces and may have limitations. While we aim for the best results, permanent stains may not be removable. Re-visits for steam cleaning are rare and only occur in exceptional cases.


Exclusions

The following are not included in our services:

  • Moving heavy furniture
  • Grout cleaning
  • Ceiling and oven glass cleaning
  • Rubbish removal
  • Human/animal waste removal
  • Adhesive, paint, and sticker removal
  • Outdoor cleaning (gardens, pools, BBQs, etc.)

Complaints

Your satisfaction is our priority. Minor oversights should be addressed during a walk-through at the end of the service. Major concerns must be reported within 24 hours, accompanied by photos taken from at least one meter away. Complaints outside this window cannot be addressed.


Steam Cleaning Guidelines

Carpets must be vacuumed before steam cleaning. If included in a checklist, our team will handle it. Additional charges may apply for unprepared areas.


Pets

Inform us if you have pets to ensure appropriate team assignment. Pets must be secured during the service. A $50 fee may apply for excessive pet hair removal.


Payments

We accept cash, card, or payment link. All payments must be completed before the cleaner departs. Invoices are issued upon payment.


Parking

Parking within 100 meters of your property must be provided for general cleaning, and within 20 meters for steam cleaning. Additional charges may apply for distant parking.


Cancellations

Cancellations made before 5:00 pm the day prior to your appointment incur a $50 fee.


Cleaner Safety – Hot Weather

In temperatures of 35°C or above, air conditioning must be provided for our team. If unavailable, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.


Damage

In rare cases of damage, notify us within 24 hours with photos. We will assess and resolve the issue as per our terms and conditions.


Waiting

Our team will wait for up to 15 minutes free of charge for access to the property.
